Our History
Lean and Green
- From the Very Beginning
For over a decade, our team has been researching and designing green hydrogen electrolyzers for the harshest conditions, where efficiency and durability were paramount.
We began our journey by seeking a business-friendly solution to reduce engine exhaust emissions to help stop climate change. We tested custom electrolyzer designs, various membrane materials, and even more in our relentless pursuit. This research resulted in over a dozen US and International patents and the licensing of our unique electrolyzer technology in 2022.
While we were working on creating more durable, responsive, and inexpensive electrolyzers, the world outside our lab was seeing a massive shift towards renewable energy. The demand increased for a way to store and transport this clean, intermittent energy- and people started looking to hydrogen. For years, we had been evangelists for green hydrogen, now industry and governments are knocking on our doors.
People are reimagining an infrastructure built on renewable energy and hydrogen as the clean fuel of electricity.
While other companies have been developing large, expensive, static hydrogen electrolyzers, we were researching how to make hydrogen in the harshest and most dynamic conditions. All sorts of "colors" of hydrogen have been made - many creating more pollution. We've been green from the very beginning.
Yet, the challenges the hydrogen industry is facing are significant. Hydrogen production must be efficient, reliable, safe, and cost-effective to be a practical fuel for the new clean energy infrastructure. Without rapid hydrogen technology development and deployment, we will not be able to switch to clean energy in time to stop climate change.
We continue to research, partner, and advocate for green hydrogen. We aim to be a major connector and contributor to this exciting industry. We set out to do this with the same goal from the beginning- stopping climate change and restoring our ecosystem.
Our Experience
We are an amalgam of 60+ years of OEM automotive industry aggregate experience, manufacturing, and engineering in the Electric vehicle department, government aircraft support leadership, and over 40 years of research and project management for NASA, the US Department of Defense, and the Department of Energy.
From Tesla Motors to Raytheon to experts in fuel cells, electrolyzers, nanotechnology, non-thermal plasma-based biodiesel production, and CO2 capture and sequestration, our well-rounded team is taking renewable technologies to new heights.
